Who is responsible

This site and the service are operated by Juan Manuel Zurek, contact aeolus@tankmail.lat. Juan Manuel Zurek is the data controller for the data described here and is the person you write to with any question or request about it. There is no registered company name or tax identification associated with Aeolus at this time.

02

What data we collect

This site has one form: the internal pilot feedback form. It asks for three things — the position you hold at the company, chosen from a fixed list; what you think is missing; and what would stop the app from being used day to day. The two written answers are limited to 1,000 characters each.

The form does not ask for your name, your email address or your telephone number, and it does not store any identifier of the person who sent it: no account, no login, no cookie that identifies you. The form also asks you not to write names of people, customers, companies or vessels, and not to include sensitive operational data. If an answer nevertheless contains personal data because someone typed it in, that data is covered by this policy and we delete it when we find it or when you ask us to.

We do not collect identity documents, payment or card data or location data, and this site has no login and no advertising cookies.

Visits to the site are counted in aggregate for the operator's own statistics (how many people opened a page). Those counts are not linked to a name or an email address.

03

Why we use it

To decide what the pilot builds first: which modules enter Phase 1, what is missing and what would block daily use. We use it for nothing else. We do not sell this data, we do not rent it, and we send no marketing from it — the form is not a sign-up and leaves you on no list.

04

Where it is stored and who can see it

Answers are stored in the application's own database, on the server that runs this site, and no page or address of this site shows the text of an answer: the pilot page shows only how many answers have been received. Access to the stored answers is limited to Juan Manuel Zurek and the operator's own management team. We may also disclose data when a Colombian authority requires it through a lawful order.

05

How long we keep it

We keep the answers while the pilot's Phase 1 scope is being decided and reviewed, and we delete any answer within 30 days of being asked to, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

06

Your rights and how to exercise them

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 on the protection of personal data, you may ask to know what data we hold about you, to update or correct it, to revoke your consent, and to have it deleted. You may also file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, the Colombian data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to aeolus@tankmail.lat. Be aware of one practical limit: because the form stores no identifier, we cannot tell which answer is yours on our own. Tell us roughly when you sent it and what it said, and we will find it and act on your request. We answer requests to know within 10 business days and requests to correct, delete or revoke consent within 15 business days, counted from the day the request arrives. If a request needs more time, we write to you to explain why and when it will be resolved.

07

Consent

Submitting the form is your free, prior, express and informed authorization for Juan Manuel Zurek to process what you send for the purpose described in this policy. You can revoke it at any time at the address above.

08

Security and changes

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to the stored answers is restricted to the people named above. This version of the site runs in a testing environment, and the testing address itself is not protected by a password: anyone holding the link can open the pages and send the form, which is why the form asks for no identifying or operationally sensitive data. No system is immune to incident, so we do not promise absolute security; if an incident affects personal data we will inform you and the authority as the law requires.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date. The date at the top tells you which version applies.
